To celebrate the launch of Aurea Studio's first official elopement season in Nelson, I've teamed up with some wonderful local vendors to give one lucky couple a truly unforgettable elopement experience.

From the location to the little details, this experience has been thoughtfully brought together to create a day filled with love, adventure and beautiful moments.

Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Who Can Enter

The giveaway is open to couples aged 18 or over who are legally eligible to marry in New Zealand and available to elope in Nelson before 31 December 2026. Couples must be flexible with dates, as the final date will be agreed upon with Aurea Studio and the participating vendors.

2. What's Included

One lucky couple will receive a thoughtfully curated elopement experience in Nelson, New Zealand, including the services and experiences listed in the official giveaway announcement.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. A small number of guests may be possible by prior arrangement, depending on the final experience and vendor requirements.

3. Additional Costs

The winning couple is responsible for applying for and paying for their New Zealand marriage licence (currently $158 NZD).

Travel, accommodation, meals and any other personal expenses are the couple's responsibility unless specifically included in the prize.

4. Choosing the Couple

Applications close on [date]. The winning couple will be selected by Aurea Studio based on their application and connection to the experience, rather than through a random draw.

The selected couple will be contacted directly and must respond within 48 hours to accept the prize.

5. Photography & Content

he elopement will be professionally photographed and may be filmed. By entering, couples agree that, if selected, Aurea Studio and the participating vendors may share and use photographs and video footage from their elopement for social media, websites, portfolios and promotional purposes.

6. Weather & Changes

As this is an outdoor elopement experience, plans may need to change due to weather, safety or circumstances outside our control. Any helicopter experience will be subject to the operator's safety requirements and weather conditions. Aurea Studio will work with the vendors to arrange suitable alternatives where possible.

7. General

By entering, couples agree to these terms and confirm that the information provided is accurate. Personal information will be used to administer the giveaway and contact applicants.
