Aurea was built around that idea. I design elopement experiences for couples who want their day to feel like them, not a checklist — intimate, considered, and completely personal. Alongside that, I support other creative business owners with VA work, and curate gifting for clients who want to make people feel genuinely valued. Different services, same belief: the details matter, and they deserve real care.
I'm Ella, the person behind Aurea Studio. My experience comes from over a decade in the wedding industry, working across the UK and New Zealand alongside some of the best vendors in the business — and somewhere along the way, I fell in love with a different way of doing things.

Outside of Aurea, I'm someone who genuinely loves the parts of this work most people find stressful — the planning, the logistics, the small details that make a day feel effortless.
I bring a network of trusted vendors across Nelson, Tasman and Marlborough, built on years in the wedding industry, so when I recommend someone, you can trust them too.
I only take this on because I love it — the conversations, the trust couples place in me, and the feeling of handing someone a day they'll never forget.
